KinneCT with Coach A
Founder & Head Coach
KinneCT was born from a simple belief: athletes flourish when science, skill, and community come together. Coach A has been cheering since she was six years old, later serving as cheer captain at Iowa State University, and today leading athletes as a Head Cheer Coach and Cheer Skills and Technique Coordinator for the Midwest Hawks Community Cheer Program, and as the Competition Cheer Coach for Rich Township High School. She’s guided teams to award-winning seasons, but what drives her is seeing athletes discover what they’re truly capable of.
Her education shaped the foundation of KinneCT. She holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology & Health from Iowa State University and a Master’s in Cellular and Integrative Physiology from Indiana University, giving her a clear understanding of how athletes develop strength, flexibility, and safe technique. The name KinneCT comes from combining Kinesiology with Cheer Training, reflecting her commitment to training that is both effective and informed.
KinneCT is more than passion work. It is a movement that helps athletes reach new heights together.
