Service Description

WHO THIS CLASS IS FOR: Cheer athletes who want to become stronger flyers, improve flexibility, clean up body positions, build better balance, and feel more confident in the air. ATHLETES WILL WORK ON: -Flexibility and mobility -Balance and body control -Core strength and stability -Joint stability and safe positioning -Body positions and progressions -Confidence, control, and technique LED BY COACH A: Coach A brings 20+ years of cheer experience across every side of the sport — as an athlete, captain, and coach. With a Master’s degree in Physiology and a track record of coaching national and regional championship-level athletes, she combines cheer-specific technique with science-informed training to help athletes build strength, control, confidence, and performance-ready skills.
