Service Description

WHO THIS CLASS IS FOR: Cheer athletes who want stronger jumps, cleaner technique, better body control, and more confidence for tryouts, games, routines, and competitions. ATHLETES WILL WORK ON -Jump height and explosiveness -Flexibility and leg position -Toe touches, hurdlers, pikes, and combinations -Arm motion alignment -Core strength and landing control -Sharpness, consistency, and confidence LED BY COACH A: Coach A brings 20+ years of cheer experience across every side of the sport — as an athlete, captain, and coach. With a Master’s degree in Physiology and a track record of coaching national and regional championship-level athletes, she combines cheer-specific technique with science-informed training to help athletes build strength, control, confidence, and performance-ready skills.
