KinneCT Cheer Training partners with Printful, a professional print-on-demand fulfillment company, to produce and ship all merchandise orders. Because every item is made-to-order, shipping times and processing times may vary.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to Printful’s fulfillment timelines and shipping processes.
Fulfillment (Processing) Times
All items are manufactured after you place an order. Printful’s average fulfillment times are:

Apparel: 2–7 business days

Accessories: 2–5 business days

During peak seasons (Nov–Dec): 5–10+ business days
Fulfillment time is the time needed to produce your item — this is separate from shipping time.
We are not able to rush or expedite fulfillment.
Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled, Printful ships it using the method selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping times from Printful:

United States: 3–8 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Remote or rural areas: May experience additional delays
These are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or Printful’s production capacity.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are automatically calculated by Printful based on:

The items in your order

Your shipping address

The carrier used for that region
We do not mark up or control shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a Printful-generated tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, Printful may ship them separately from different facilities.
You may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, email us immediately at hello@kinnectcheer.com and we will attempt to change it.

If it has already gone into production or shipped, Printful cannot modify the address.
Orders returned to sender due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Because Printful uses third-party carriers, KinneCT Cheer Training is not responsible for:

Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages
If an issue occurs, email us and we will help you open a Printful support case, which may include:

Filing a claim with the carrier

Requesting a replacement through Printful if eligible
(Printful often replaces orders if the carrier confirms the package was lost.)
International Orders
International customers are responsible for:

VAT

Import duties

Customs fees
These are not included in the purchase price.
Cancellations & Changes
Because Printful begins production quickly:

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase

After fulfillment starts, changes cannot be made
