Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting KinneCT Cheer Training!
Because we offer both physical merchandise (fulfilled by Printful) and in-person training services, our refund policy is divided into two parts:

1. Merchandise (Printful Orders)

 

All KinneCT Cheer merchandise is printed and fulfilled on-demand through Printful, a third-party production partner. This means items are made especially for you when you place an order.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color differences due to screen display

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Items lost due to an incorrect address
     

Returnable / Refundable Situations (Eligible Cases Only)

 

Printful will remake or refund an item if there is a production or manufacturing issue, such as:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Misprinted design

  • Damage or defect on arrival

  • Severe size deviation due to printing/manufacturing error

If you experience one of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will file a support claim with Printful on your behalf.
If Printful approves the claim, they will provide a replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

 

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will help you open a Printful investigation. If Printful confirms the package was lost, they will issue a replacement.

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, Printful typically does not issue refunds. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

2. In-Person Classes, Clinics, and Private Sessions

 

Because our spots are extremely limited and sessions often sell out, the following policies apply:

Cancellations & Refunds
 

  • All class, clinic, and private lesson purchases are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made by the customer for any reason (schedule conflicts, illness, transportation issues, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.

  • If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule the session (see below).
     

Rescheduling (Privates Only)

  • Private lessons may be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions or same-day cancellations are not refundable or transferable.
     

Class or Clinic Absences

 

Because these programs run on a fixed schedule with capped enrollment, missed classes/clinics cannot be refunded or credited.

If KinneCT Must Cancel

 

In the rare event a class or session is canceled by us (weather, facility issues, emergency, etc.), one of the following will be offered:

  • A rescheduled date, or

  • A full refund for that session
     

3. Digital Products (if applicable)

 

All digital content purchases (videos, programs, guides, etc.) are final sale due to the nature of immediate access.
