Welcome to KinneCT Cheer Training (“KinneCT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, purchasing merchandise, or participating in any KinneCT class, clinic, camp, private session, or digital service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.
 

1. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old to register yourself or purchase merchandise, or

• A parent/guardian registering a minor athlete.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety compliance of minors during participation.

 

2. Payments & Billing

When you register for Services or purchase merchandise, you agree to:

• Pay all fees at the time of purchase

• Provide accurate payment and billing information

• Authorize KinneCT to charge your payment method for scheduled or recurring fees (if applicable)

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
KinneCT does not store full credit card numbers.

 

3. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows

3.1 Services (Classes, Privates, Clinics, Camps)

• Missed classes are non-refundable.

• No-shows for private lessons may be charged at the full session fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of a private session may result in the full fee being charged.

• Clinic, camp, and special event fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Credits may be issued at KinneCT’s discretion only.
   

3.2 Digital Products

• All sales of digital products, videos, programs, or online memberships are final.

• No refunds will be provided for digital content under any circumstance
  .

3.3 Discretionary Refunds

KinneCT may, at its sole discretion, offer credits or rescheduling options.
Refunds are granted only at KinneCT’s discretion.

 

4. Assumption of Risk

Cheerleading, tumbling, stunting, flexibility, and strength training carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Falls

• Sprains, strains, and fractures

• Collisions

• Overuse injuries

• Muscle or joint injuries

By participating, you (or the enrolled minor) voluntarily accept all risks associated with these activities.

KinneCT is not responsible for injuries resulting from:

• Failure to follow instructions

• Unsafe athlete behavior

• Pre-existing conditions

• Activities performed outside supervised sessions
  
   

5. Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless:

• KinneCT Cheer Training

• Owners

• Coaches

• Staff

• Independent contractors

• Affiliates

…from any claims related to injuries, property damage, losses, or accidents arising from participation in any KinneCT Service.

Some jurisdictions require a separate liability waiver. KinneCT may request one before participation.

 

6. Athlete Conduct & Safety Expectations

Athletes must:

• Follow all coach instructions

• Refrain from horseplay or unsafe behavior

• Wear appropriate attire and footwear

• Treat other athletes and staff with respect

• Disclose any relevant medical issues prior to participation

KinneCT may remove any athlete who compromises safety.

 

7. Parent/Guardian Conduct

Parents/guardians must:

• Respect coaching staff and facility rules

• Avoid interfering with classes or sessions

• Model appropriate conduct

• Communicate respectfully with staff

KinneCT may refuse service to individuals who violate conduct expectations.

 

8. KinneCT Cancellations & Rescheduling

KinneCT reserves the right to reschedule or cancel Services due to:

• Coach availability

• Facility scheduling

• Weather or safety concerns

• Low enrollment

If KinneCT cancels a Service, we will:

• Reschedule when possible, or

• Issue a credit toward future Services

Refunds are provided only at KinneCT’s discretion.

 

9. Digital Platform Use

If KinneCT provides online courses, portals, or communities, users agree to:

• Keep login credentials confidential

• Not share, reproduce, or distribute content

• Use the platform respectfully and lawfully

Violations may result in account termination without refund.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All KinneCT content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. This includes:

• Training drills

• Routines and choreography

• Videos and online courses

• Photos

• Written materials and graphics

• Logos and branding

• Merchandise designs

• Curriculum and programming

Screen recording or copying of digital content is strictly prohibited.

 

11. Photo, Video & Media Consent

With parent/guardian consent for minors, KinneCT may use participant photos or videos for:

• Marketing

• Training

• Social media

• Website content

• Promotional materials

Consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time.

 

12. Merchandise Orders, Shipping & Returns

12.1 Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate colors, designs, and sizing.
Minor variations may occur due to device screens or manufacturing processes.
KinneCT is not responsible for slight visual differences.
 

12.2 Order Processing

Merchandise may be fulfilled by KinneCT or third-party production partners.
Processing typically ranges from 5–14 business days, but times may vary.
 

12.3 Shipping

KinneCT is not liable for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Customs fees for international orders

Shipping issues should be directed to the carrier.
 

12.4 Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Because many items are made to order, all merchandise sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor variations in appearance

• User damage

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.
If approved, KinneCT will provide a replacement or store credit.
 

12.5 Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or modified due to automatic processing.
 

12.6 Intellectual Property (Merch)

All merchandise designs remain the exclusive property of KinneCT Cheer Training.

 

13. Third-Party Service Providers

By using KinneCT Services, you agree to the terms of our:

• Payment processors

• Scheduling platforms

• Email providers

• Merchandise partners

KinneCT is not responsible for actions of third-party systems beyond our control.

 

14. Termination of Services

KinneCT may suspend or terminate an athlete’s participation or a user’s account if:

• Safety is compromised

• Payments are delinquent

• Conduct is inappropriate

• Terms are violated

No refunds are given for misconduct-based removal.

 

15. Disclaimers

KinneCT does not guarantee:

• Placement on a team

• Specific skill progression timelines

• Prevention of injury

• Specific training outcomes

Progress varies by athlete.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinneCT is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Lost profits or opportunities

• Unauthorized access to or misuse of data

• Injuries resulting from training or misuse of techniques outside supervised sessions
  
   

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

18. Changes to Terms

KinneCT may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
